Hard to put into words how special this place is...and it has nothing to do with the fact that this Isle is my namesake. The staff at Coll Hotel were some of the kindest people I've ever met in my entire life, so personable and willing to accommodate any need or request. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous inside, the rooms were clean and sizeable with incredible views of the bay and garden patios, and the restaurant and bar service and food were unmatched...literally the best seafood I've ever had, and I grew up in Hawaii! So fresh, and presentation was stunning. I actually asked if there was some sort of chef competition going on or a renowned food critic on site, it was that amazing. But that's just how they do it every day! This is a very special place and the staff are incredibly talented at what they do. I cannot wait to go back and hope to see all the kind staff there again when I do! Such a welcoming community. Isle of Coll and the Coll Hotel...hands down my favorite place on the planet of earth. The Coll Distillery located just steps from the hotel was a bonus attraction! Thank you a million times to all the staff at Coll Hotel...keep doing what you're doing and I hope to see you again soon!
